Puppy School at Paws at Prospect Vet
$180 for 5 week Puppy School.
Classes are held on Wednesday evenings at 7pm, facilitated by Trainer Tiff and a qualified vet nurse, ensuring all topics of puppyhood are comprehensively covered.
You’ll learn valuable knowledge about dog behavior, effective training techniques, and how to navigate common puppy challenges with confidence.
Your puppy will also build confidence in a clinic environment, helping set them up for low-stress vet visits in the future. Paws at Prospect is also home to the after-hours Adelaide Veterinary Walk In Clinic, so if you ever need after hours care, your puppy will already have a positive association with the space.
Puppies who complete this course are able to continue onto Stage One programs.

The Catch-Up Class: Foundations Fast-Track for Late Starters
Supportive foundations for pups finding their feet.
$145 for 3 week prep course, max class size of 5 dogs.
A 3 week short course for pups aged 15–24 weeks who missed puppy school but are ready to learn.
This program focuses on: marker words and communication, luring and shaping, engagement, and confidence building.
Depending on the class dynamics and needs, we can also explore topics like toilet training, barking, digging, chewing, and biting.
Trainer Tiff will tailor the course to ensure you and your pup cover the most relevant, essential foundations.
Puppies who complete this course are able to continue onto Stage One programs.

Fresh Start: Foundations Fast-Track for Teen & Adult Dogs
Because it’s never too late to start strong.
$155 for 3 week prep course, max class size of 4 dogs.
This 3 week short course is designed for dogs over the age of 6 months with little or no prior training, including rescue dogs and late bloomers.
This program focuses on: marker words and communication, luring and shaping, engagement, and how to navigate the world calmly and cooperatively.
Supportive, force-free, and tailored to your dog’s pace, this course is about building trust, laying solid foundations, and helping your dog succeed in everyday life.
Dogs who complete this course are able to continue onto Stage One programs.
Stage One Classes

Mind The Gap: Navigating the Teenage Dog Stage
$220 5 week course.
Dogs aged 4-10 months.
This course has been designed for adolescent dogs who have completed puppy school and are now testing boundaries. This period can be tricky, your once responsive puppy may seem impulsive, distracted, or even ‘defiant’. But with the right approach, you can turn these challenges into opportunities to strengthen your bond.
In this class, we focus on reinforcing foundation skills, improving impulse control, and bridging the gap between puppyhood and adulthood. Through clear boundaries, positive reinforcement, and real-world training, we help you find those ‘aha!’ moments that make everything click. Training should fit into your everyday life while still putting your dog’s needs first.
Please note: This course has been designed for dogs who are comfortable around other dogs and people, if your dog is reactive, nervous, or does not like being around other dogs or people, please reach out to discuss other options.

Raising The Bar: Strength & Control for Young Adults
$220 5 week course.
For dogs aged 11months and over.
This course is designed for dogs who have moved past adolescence and are stepping into adulthood. At this stage, your dog may be physically mature but still refining their manners, impulse control, and responsiveness. Now is the perfect time to strengthen your foundation and take training to the next level.
In this class, we focus on reinforcing reliability, improving self-control, and building clear communication between you and your dog. Through structured training, positive reinforcement, and homework, Trainer Tiff will help you refine your dog’s skills and boost their confidence.
